Summary

• add the production AddressGroupRegistry address, deployment block, and Peer/Plus/Pro group IDs to the checked-in manifest
• document the production binding and current preprod-indexed member counts
• validate the checked-in manifest in the config test suite

Verification

• pnpm check — 77 tests, lint, typecheck, and build passed
• queried indexer-preprod.zkp2p.xyz and matched all three configured group IDs to the production registry with counts 1,715 / 855 / 210
