Fix for #226
If BUILD_WITH_CHRONO_***_CLOCK takes place (and therefore EASY_CHRONO_CLOCK is defined), then ticks obtained from
_traceEvent->EventHeader.TimeStamp.QuadPartare casted to the same fractions of a second as the clock.
