Tf Model Training

This repository contains high-level modules to train tensorflow models for different applications. The base folder contains all base classes and utility methods that can be overwritten for different applications. The folders camtrap, deeptab and pacbed contain overrides and additions for the three applications explored in the Dissertation "Attention-based Multitask Learning for Image Analysis" (Schneider, 2026). More details are found in the respective subfolders.

• camtrap: Code for camera trap image analysis applications
• deeptab: Code for organ tablature image analysis applications
• pacbed: Code for electron microscopy CBED/PACBED image analysis applications
