发现 1 个阻塞问题（incubator/adp/charts/lke-ti-gateway/templates/route-crd-configmap.yaml:341）：新增的 DescribeApiKeyCredential 使用 route-id 12425，但同一文件第 308 行的 GetPluginApprovalShareScope 已使用 12425，且两条记录的 upstream-id 都是 10006。导入网关配置时会发生覆盖或创建冲突，最终至少有一个接口无法按预期路由。请改用当前表中未占用的 route-id，并一并确认后续 12426、12427 的分配范围。修复并推送后请重新评审。

发现 1 个阻塞问题（incubator/adp/helmfile.yaml:689）：adp-time-scheduler.needs 被改为 adp-app-channel，但当前 Helmfile 并未定义这个 release；实际存在的是 adp-app-channel-msg、adp-app-channel-proxy-svr、adp-app-channel-token 和 adp-app-channel-leader。Helmfile 的 needs 引用 release 名称，保留当前配置会导致依赖图解析或部署失败。请改回/改为实际需要的已定义 release，并同步删除上方已经过时的 FIXME。修复后请重新评审。
此前指出的 route-id 冲突已修复：新增接口现在使用 12426、12427、12428，未再与现有 12425 冲突。
