GPU Added, GPU and CPU Temp Added

I used the files from https://win10widgets.com/ I then:

• Copied Everything related to CPU and created a GPU Skin. (MSI Afterburner Plugin)
• Added Temperature to CPU (Core Temp Plugin) and GPU
• Changed the height from Volume - Medium to fit the height of Date - Medium

And what you did is similar to this PR MinhThienDX#1 (which is already merged into my repo) but I believe you can add new feature to it and I will be happily merge your PR(s) 😉
