This change migrates the repository to use the dotnet sdk and .NET 6 as the target framework.

This will require the use of Visual Studio 2022 however (or VSCode/Rider if you're bold enough).
Code changes themselves were minimal - one or two minor API obsoletions.

new project files use wildcards to drive everything by convention - the convention is that projects sit alone with their code.
therefore i moved the actual code of the project down into their own folder - life is easier that way.
DPI-awareness is now enabled via project property.
Launching browsers by passing the url into process.start is no longer supported in core/dotnet6.
on second note keeping the multi target aspect will probably just make things
unnecessarily complicated for people who dont do dotnet for money.
