This implements the selforder workflow.
This only supports a single order per shift. Luuk and I decided this was enough, as you can change your previous order until you paid or the shift ends. Adding another order only complicates the implementation. In the future it should be relatively easy to add, but to avoid feature bloat in the beginning we want to keep it at this for now.
