rename args(train.default) to args(train). add variable `type` to trainPC. Otherwise, it doesn't work.
change #training$type# to just "type" to make this analysis work.
add note that package "klaR" is required.
add knitr header to prevent comments and stop on errors.
using shorter version of knitr header

Made few changes on Practical Machine Learning. Couple of bugs there with caret package.
