Description: A futuristic effect designed carefully for transparent contrast. Using a combination of a very subtle WinForm opacity effect combined with a DWM effect that has been natively supported for nearly a decade, this effect creates a defined, sharp glow to anything underneath.
Simple: Go to this Gist that I created.
It hooks into the DWM API to apply the acrylic effect at 62% intensity (dark). Then, to add definition, it uses a slight amount of transparency in the form itself. (98% opacity to be exact)
If it doesn't work, look up your issue. If it still does not work after applying at least 1 fix, create an issue here and I can try to diagnose. If you do not provide the code that is problematic, I will disregard your issue as I do not have enough information. I am not putting in the time to add an issue template, be reasonable.
Note: The release is not always completely accurate with the code. I will post small improvements that I do not think are big enough to update the showcase with. If it affects how the showcase looks, I will update the release.
