@davidbaines You had added the README in another PR, but I removed the file and copied it over to the Wiki to be consistent with the other scripts in the Repo. Feel free to edit the wiki page when you make changes. |

I've removed the --dry-run option since it isn't necessary and complicates the code. I've also drafted and edited a README to describe the script and how to use it.
