This allows setting the private key address type (version number), independently of the public key address type. This is useful to support more altcoins, because not all altcoins follow the Bitcoin default (private is public plus 128).
These options are similar to corresponding options in vanitygen, allowing the public and private key version byte numbers to be changed. Useful for altcoins, which use different numbers, to give addresses that appear different from Bitcoin.
