Build instructions

Win64 + VisualStudio

OpenSSL

Download OpenSSL. At the time of writing this, the latest version is 1.0.2d.
Unpack it in your Windows machine, open a cmd.exe console and cd into the direcorie. For instance:
```
cd C:\Users\Salva\Desktop\openssl-1.0.2d
```
