Start project in 2 modes

Normal mode:

ng serve --app hallo

==> Gebruikt default BlaService, toont 'Bla for production' in index pagina

ng serve --app hallodev

==> Gebruikt default BlaDevService, toont 'Bla for development' in index pagina
