[Redis 8.10] Add FT.ALIASLIST search command support

Add support for the FT.ALIASLIST command (Query Engine 8.10), which lists all aliases associated with a given index.

• Add FT_ALIASLIST to CommandType
• Add RediSearchCommandBuilder.ftAliaslist(index) using ValueListOutput
• Wire up dispatch in AbstractRedisAsyncCommands and AbstractRedisReactiveCommands, and keyless cluster routing in the advanced cluster async/reactive implementations
• Expose ftAliaslist across the sync, async, reactive, node-selection (sync/async), and Kotlin coroutines APIs
• Update the RediSearchCommands API code-gen template so regeneration keeps the new method
• Add a command-builder encoding unit test and an integration test (guarded to Redis 8.10+)

Overview
Adds FT.ALIASLIST (Query Engine 8.10) so clients can list all aliases for a given index name (not an alias).

The command is registered as FT_ALIASLIST, built in RediSearchCommandBuilder with ValueListOutput, and classified as a keyless read-only RediSearch command. ftAliaslist is wired through sync, async, reactive, cluster (keyless routing), node-selection, Kotlin coroutines, and the RediSearchCommands codegen template.

Tests cover RESP encoding for the builder and an integration flow (empty list, add/remove aliases) gated on Redis 8.10+.
