feat: add stack targeting and shared build contexts - #10

Conversation
Resolve the rendered build context before comparing it to the worktree. The worktree is already resolved, so on macOS (/var -> /private/var) and Windows (8.3 short paths) a context under a symlinked parent never matched, and the central-workspace fallback silently did nothing. Size the terminal in width-sensitive tests to the fixture's own paths instead of a fixed 160 columns. Temporary directories are much longer on macOS, so the new ID column pushed WORKTREE past the truncation point there while Linux still fit.
