- refactor&fix: 将可信电子凭证后台处理队列抽成一个单独的组件，同时修复潜在的 bug
- feat: 移除掉 seg_lock，引入 single flight 组件
- revert(jifen): 改回原来解决并发问题的方案，不再使用 seg_lock
- perf(user): 用户信息缓存改为后台更新
- perf(electricity): 电费缓存缩短为 4 小时
- feat: 移除了缓存中间件
- perf(course): 对从教务系统获取的课表部分进行缓存，缓存在后台更新
- perf: 超时中间件的超时时间改为 10s
