Adds dedicated ClickHouse-backed integration and property tests for scalar, container, geo, enum, low-cardinality, aggregate-wrapper, Variant, Dynamic, JSON, named Tuple, and Nothing behavior.
The tests exercise query parameters, RowBinary inserts, arrays, nullable/default values, nested containers, boundaries, invalid inputs, and documented unsupported branches.
This also fixes Time values inside array/tuple/map query parameters by quoting them as ClickHouse literals.
Validated against ClickHouse 26.7 with 124 PR-relevant checks passing.
