Product engineering from context to release

I connect business context, software and operations. My background is B2B IT and systems integration; my product work spans local-first applications, internal tools and practical AI automation. I keep the first version bounded and treat testing, deployment and documentation as part of the product.

What I build

  • Local-first applications — useful without an account or permanent cloud dependency.
  • Internal tools and integrations — bounded workflows around documents, APIs, Telegram and operational data.
  • AI-assisted systems — the model handles semantic work; code handles integration, validation, security and reproducibility.
  • Production-ready handoff — tests, installer or deployment path, diagnostics, documentation and known limitations.

Working method

  1. Understand the real workflow.
  2. Build one complete vertical slice.
  3. Verify failure paths and real environments.
  4. Release with documentation and explicit limits.
