Open Arsenal Monetization Specifications

The Monetization & Creator Economy Specifications define an open, interoperable framework for building the next generation of digital advertising, creator monetization, participation economies, and revenue-sharing platforms. Rather than relying on invasive tracking, proprietary algorithms, or closed ecosystems, these specifications leverage artificial intelligence, contextual understanding, digital provenance, verified identity, and transparent contribution tracking to create privacy-first systems that fairly reward creators, businesses, and communities. Each specification is designed as a modular building block that can be deployed independently or integrated into larger open-source ecosystems.

All specifications are released as open standards under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0+ (AGPL-3.0+), encouraging collaboration, transparency, and community-driven innovation while ensuring improvements remain available to everyone. For organizations that wish to deploy these specifications without the AGPL attribution and reciprocity requirements, a Specification Branding License is available, providing the option to implement the specifications under separate commercial branding and attribution terms while continuing to support the long-term development of the open specification ecosystem.
