Retip 2.0

Retip has been updated from version 0.5.5 to 2.0 in June 2024. The package is now compatible with R 4.4.0.

The H2O AutoML model has been integrated into the package, increasing the number of machine learning models from five to six. Additionally, feature importance evaluation has been introduced, providing deeper insights into which variables most influence predictions.
