Upgrade futures in dependi-lsp from 0.3.32 to 0.3.34 to pull in correctness fixes and preserve cloned waker identity. Old behavior could misidentify cloned wakers; new behavior preserves identity and includes soundness and leak fixes with no API changes.

• Updates only Cargo.lock, bumping futures and related futures-* crates; futures-macro now pulls syn v3.
• Run cargo build/tests in CI; if the toolchain is pinned and incompatible with syn v3, update the toolchain. No code changes or migrations required.
