This AKS Terraform direction is still useful, but the branch is not ready to merge. Please rebase onto current main, update the remaining services Helm provider v2 syntax, remove the child-module backend configuration, and address both the documented Contributor-only deployment contract and Azure RBAC propagation race introduced by the new role assignment. The updated local-service work in #243 should be preserved.
