Creating GitHub repository to create POC's on new tools [R&D]

To make the confgitaution and maintenance of Automation testing with protractor easier, we would like to create this framework.

To Do

Configuration

1. Configure the setup in csv/web page instead of protractor.conf.ts

Maintenance

1. Manage the test data, web locators in csv instead of .ts files
2. Create Cusomtized html/emailable reports

Utilities

1. Create the functions related to all web elements
2. Waits related to locators should be handled with in utilities
