A python program that forwards messages between IRC and XMPP

Better with XMPP groups powered by xmpptalk (https://github.com/m13253/xmpptalk)

Requirement:
  python (>=3.0)
  python-sleekxmpp (https://github.com/fritzy/SleekXMPP)
  libirc (https://github.com/m13253/libirc)

Bug: This program mistriously terminates sometime. Make sure you restart it in
time.
