Adds a committed setup-file example for registering the Xquik remote MCP endpoint with agent-discover.
The example uses streamable-http transport, keeps activation opt-in, and reads the API key from XQUIK_API_KEY through the existing setup-file secrets path. It also bumps the patch version for the repository commit policy.
