Release bump for 0.11.0, all five places in sync:
pyproject.toml,uv.lock,openapi.json, the image tag indocker/docker-compose.yml, andfrontend/package.json(+package-lock.json).Minor rather than patch: 0.11.0 adds five list filters on top of 0.10.0.
Derived files were regenerated with
uv lockandscripts/dump_openapi.py, so the CI drift checks should stay quiet.
