当前的 Star 趋势图因为 GitHub 星标数据接口的限制已经无法正常展示，会影响访客对项目流行度的判断。本次将 README 与 docs 中的 Star 趋势图链接更新到新的图表服务地址，确保趋势图可以正常加载。
