Astro PM plugin update to 1.5.3.0.

• New Overshoot setting: guaranteed extra subs per filter (insurance for rejected frames), taken as part of the project before bonus fill
• Bonus imaging now rotates filters on the regular filter-switch schedule with per-filter moon safety
• Manual Priority strategy fix: moon-down time reserved only for work that cannot run under the moon, so priority order equals imaging order
