Add pebs_mrt_local_ram and pebs_mrt_snoop_hit test cases that verify PEBS data_src memory-region tag decoding on Diamond Rapids: - pebs_mrt_local_ram: collect PEBS mem-loads-aux samples and verify local RAM memory-region bits are correctly reported. - pebs_mrt_snoop_hit: collect PEBS mem-loads samples across cores and verify local shared-cache snoop HIT patterns.
