• Added IMACLIM-R World 2.1 (based on IMACLIM 2.0 from the common-definitions repo)

Requests for scenario explorer permissions:

• Can a GCAM 9.1 permission group be created, including users Hassan Niazi, Felipe Feijoo, Mel George and Muhammad Awais? (currently I only see GCAM 8.2)
• Can a Envisage v11 permission group be created, including user Maksym G Chepeliev?
• Can you give Yixin567 permissions for WITCH 6.0 and WITCH 7.0?
• Can an EPPA 8 permission group be created, including user chenyh ?
