Remove unstable vinxi/http import and update version to 2.5.7 - #8

TanStack Start v1 does not reliably expose vinxi/http, which is a pre-release deep dependency. Keep SDK zero-deps and remove bundler resolution failures by relying solely on @tanstack/react-start's getRequestEvent() when available, with no fallback import.
