Adds 31 public Celo ecosystem repositories selected for sustained, multi-developer activity: publicly/externally accessible, pushed within the last 12 months, >=2 contributors, >=10 commits, non-fork, with verified Celo relevance (Celo mainnet/Sepolia/Alfajores, @celo SDKs, MiniPay, Mento, x402).
