This is an update to silicon_barrel.xml to give a more accurate fit to the design

• Small changes to the positions of silicon modules to match dimensions provided by James Glover
• Small changes to the thickness of the service and frame layers, and positions of the braces, to better match material thickness scans of CAD model
• Extra curved passive silicon added to modules to model end caps

The InnerTrackerEndcapP_zmin parameter in definitions_craterlake.xml has been changed from 25.0cm to 25.5cm to prevent an overlap between the support cone and the (now lightly longer) L3 barrel.
