mw/com: Fix race condition when using notifier in set handler The notification is notified by the provider side when the handler is called. However, this happens before the actual field handler is updated based on the result of the set handler. We now use an interprocess notifier so that the consumer can notify the provider once the full set call including updating the field value is finished.
