Adds Distil (https://github.com/dshakes/distil), alphabetical between Chidori and Fixie, matching the existing entry format.
Distil is context compression for AI agent runtimes with a statistical guarantee: reversible digests, a non-inferiority gate on the agent's decisions, and cost accounting calibrated to real billed usage. Local zero-dependency proxy for Anthropic/OpenAI/Gemini.
I'm the author — happy to adjust the entry if you'd like it shorter.
