Fixed the test failures in src/__tests__/agent.test.ts by updating mocked methods and files to match recent architectural and refactoring changes, such as moving logger and env to core, changing buildExecutorTool to buildSessionTools, and returning specific captureSessionTool and sendToSessionTool functions. Added stepCountIs mock. Fixed formatting in src/router.test.ts with pnpm format:fix. Tested changes and all 56 tests pass smoothly.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 2377721474320585431 started by @hughlv

- Update paths for `core/env.js` and `core/logger.js` in `agent.test.ts`
- Update mocked exported tools in `tools/executor.js` to `buildSessionTools`, `captureSessionTool`, and `sendToSessionTool`.
- Update mocked tools in `tools/workspace.js` to `buildWorkspaceTool`.
- Add `stepCountIs` mock for `ai`.
- Add `steps: []` to mocked `generateText` result to avoid missing reference errors.
- Fix missing assertions for the updated tool names.
- Fix formatting code style issue in `router.test.ts`.
