test: update agent test to use new session tools#74

The buildExecutorTool has been replaced with buildSessionTools in the main code. This commit updates the `src/__tests__/agent.test.ts` to mock the new tools correctly and checks for `captureSessionTool` and `sendToSessionTool`. Fixed the
src/__tests__/agent.test.tsthat was failing due to previous refactoring of tools wherebuildExecutorToolwas refactored intobuildSessionTools.
