- Update `better-sqlite3` to v12.9.0 and remove `@types/better-sqlite3` as types are now shipped with the package. - Fix broken test imports in `agent.test.ts` by pointing to correct module locations (`core/env.js` and `core/logger.js`). - Update the `buildSessionTools` mock in tests to include the correctly extracted tools (`captureSessionTool` and `sendToSessionTool`) from previous refactoring.
