Make mise the single source of truth for development tools and project tasks across local development, remote agents, and CI. Keep automatic task installation disabled so each environment installs only the locked tools it needs. Pin GoReleaser to the version compatible with the existing Homebrew formula setup. Temporarily disable back-compatibility jobs until mise is available in both compared revisions.
