feat(brand): apply W1 wordmark and ro favicon

Scope

• Replaces only the live-text navbar brand with the approved white W1 wordmark.
• Adds the approved universal blue ro favicon and Apple Touch Icon.
• Updates only the favicon, Apple Touch Icon, and Microsoft tile image references in index.html.

The assets come from the independently approved W1 + ro package and were copied without modification. Source and destination SHA-256 hashes match for all three files. Legacy assets remain in place for rollback; none were deleted.

• No new console errors versus origin/main

• 1x display was not available and is non-blocking.
