feat: use system runtime v6 (ES module)

What has been done

• Prepare System Designer for next major version of System Runtime that will be available as ES module.

How to test this PR

• run:

npm ci
npm run build
npm run dev

• Open a browser on http://localhost:9001 and test that there is no regression.

TODO

• remove use of require nodeJS API and use import API instead.
• clean systems.
