The package is not used anywhere, so it's best to remove it. {ctmm} is quite difficult to work with in constrained environments (e.g. Docker container), so my revdep checking script regularly gets stuck at checking {ctmm}.
Given that {ctmm} doesn't actually use {bit64}, it would be preferable to skip checking {ctmm} by removing it as a potential downstream dependency.
