Require

• python 2.7
• ruby 2.1.1
• rails 4.1.6
• nltk
• postgresql

1. Enter the search_engine folder and run bundle install
2. Database migration rake db:migrate
3. Parse data and insert to database sh run.sh

note: You need to fill up config_samlpe.json and rename to config.json
