Description:
An end-to-end workflow for constructing the performance curve of axial fan using Fluent Parametric.

This case is generic and can be published online.

The user will start with a mesh file, which can be downloaded from ansys/example-data-axial-fan-performance-curve https://github.com/ansys/example-data/tree/Mustafa-Kaddoura/pyfluent/axial_fan_performance_curve

@Mustafa-Kaddoura I have approved workflow runs and updated this branch with main, without which PR can not be merged.

I have added [skip tests] in the PR title to save runner time, as this is documentation only change.
