🚀 Quick Start (Demo Ready)

1. Clone & Install:

   # Clone the repository

   cd AV26-020
   
   # Install dependencies
   cd backend && pip install -r requirements.txt && cd ..
   cd ml      && pip install -r requirements.txt && cd ..

2. Seed the Demo:
