Sweep 2026-08-09: refresh verification stamps for 7 upstream repos

Metadata-only stamp refresh from the daily upstream-drift sweep. All 84 drifted records classified metadata-only; page-batching case 2 for every page → single sweep PR. No prose PR and no manual-review issues.

Source artifacts inspected: antd/Cargo.toml, ffi/rust/ant-ffi/Cargo.toml, Cargo.lock (ant-sdk); .github/workflows/release.yml, Cargo.toml (ant-node); per-repo LICENSE-*, README.md, license-header rows, and package manifests (Cargo.toml/pyproject.toml/package.json) for the five relicensing repos; src/error.rs, src/validation.rs, src/identity/node_identity.rs, src/identity/peer_id.rs, docs/SECURITY_MODEL.md (saorsa-core).

Developer-facing change: none. Every window is relicensing (GPL/AGPL → dual MIT OR Apache-2.0), README/badge/link metadata, CI-workflow text, or dependency/version plumbing (ant-sdk moves the ant-core pin ant-cli-v0.3.1/0.5.0 → ant-cli-v0.3.2/0.5.1 and transitive ant-protocol 2.3.0 → 2.3.1). No documented command, endpoint, type, field, code sample, CLI flag, public Rust module, REST payload, gRPC service, or live-reference URL changed on any recorded page. The docs do not cite any of these repos' licenses or the bumped version numbers in rendered prose.

Files changed in this PR:

• 51 docs pages (76 <!-- verification: --> blocks): source_commit + verified_date refreshed on the drifted blocks only; non-drifted blocks (ant-client, ant-protocol, saorsa-transport, saorsa-pqc) left byte-identical.
• skills/start/version.json: verified_commits values for ant-sdk, ant-node, self_encryption, evmlib (key set unchanged).
• skills/start/SKILL.md: frontmatter verified_commits values for the same four keys (body, version, published_date unchanged).
• planning/sweeps/2026-08-09.md: new run summary.

Verification run:

• Envelope check: every changed docs/**/*.md line is a source_commit: or verified_date: line inside a verification block; no target-manifest bytes touched — pass.
• python3 scripts/sweep_poll.py re-run on the prepared branch: status: "ok", drifted: 0 — pass.
• version.json parses as JSON; SKILL.md frontmatter parses, body byte-identical to base, only verified_commits changed, version unchanged (linked release correctly not triggered) — pass.
• markdownlint / link checkers: skipped — not configured in this repo.
• Endpoint/type re-grep against pinned upstream checkouts: not applicable — no endpoint/type/command claim changed in any window.

Uncertainties: The verified_date: stamps carry the real audit date 2026-08-08; the branch and summary-file suffix use 2026-08-09 because the 2026-08-08.md sweep slot was already consumed by the immediately preceding merged ant-node bump (9a50c6b → 20db1f9) — sweep-guard requires the summary file to be added at planning/sweeps/<branch-date>.md. Separately (pre-existing, out of scope for this window): docs/rust/embed-a-node-in-your-application.md pins the crates.io published ant-node = "0.11.0" while the repo dev version is 0.17.0; the version line did not change in this window, so this is not sweep drift and is left for a human to confirm is intentional (current-merged-truth points at installable artifacts).
