Created in response to CESMII AND THINKIQ CORE PLATFORM LICENSE AGREEMENT.
Before creating a new connector it is important to understand the high level components of how data travels from the edge to the platform. ThinkIQ and CESMII have created sample connectors and documentation that will provide this back ground. See the documentation at CESMII-Connector.
The above documentation specifically calls out dependancies that are not avaible there due to license issues. Those dependencies are stored here. Note that these will be updated as the toolkit improves; please always use the latest versions listed here.
The Platform edge solution (Gateway+Connector(s)) leverages the .NET framework to be portable across operating systems. This allows the connectors to be cross platform.
