docs: language-matched demo GIFs for each README - #79

The English README was showing demos recorded on the Chinese UI. Each README now ships demos recorded in its own language: - Recorded English versions of both GIFs against the production /en/ pages (same storyboards: sample route -> hover readout -> Giro pink / midnight black themes -> climb detail; URL Audit scoring its own English tool page 100/100 with the English share card in the preview). - Renamed the existing GIFs to *-zh.gif and added *-en.gif; README.md now embeds the -en pair and README.zh-TW.md the -zh pair. - All four GIFs frame-checked by eye via montage before committing.
