Hi, I'm Tyler (SvnFrs) 🐸

Technical Co-Founder Β· AI-Augmented Full-Stack & Cloud Engineer Β· Ho Chi Minh City πŸ‡»πŸ‡³ (remote / async)

I orchestrate AI agents to ship production systems solo β€” from bare-metal Linux to multi-cloud. A one-person team that ships like five.

eco-mcp β€” a token-thrifty MCP server that makes AI coding agents cheap. Born from the June 2026 usage-billing shock, it swaps grep-and-read-whole-files for structural code-graph retrieval, tuned semantic search, and failures-only command output β€” ~97% fewer tokens on real tasks (measured & audited, not vibes). Its Continuous Context Integration turns each repo into a living knowledge base, so code review becomes context review. Lets cheap models do real work.

commit-art β€” Python + Go generator that paints art onto the contribution graph. It's the reason my history claims I committed UNIX in 1970 β†’ see the gallery. πŸ•°οΈ

βš™οΈ What I Actually Do

  • πŸš€ Zero-to-One β€” Technical Co-Founder @ NewlySight; sole technical lead shipping MVPs end-to-end. Delivered a CLIP + YOLO computer-vision PoC classifying aircraft components for a Taiwanese aerospace client β€” fully async, cross-border.
  • πŸŽ™οΈ Teaching the craft β€” ran the "Vibe Coding β€” Code by Brain, Not by Hand" workshop: orchestrating AI agents to ship production code strictly from specs.
  • πŸ—οΈ Monolith Demolition β€” At FPT Software, carving a 10-year .NET monolith into microservices for a US automotive client; even custom-patched a 5.10 kernel CVE before golden-image deploy.
  • 🌊 High-Throughput ETL β€” a resilient Python/AWS Lambda pipeline ingesting 100k+ rows/day into Snowflake with idempotency, custom merge, and exponential backoff.
  • πŸ•΅οΈ Reverse Engineering β€” advanced DOM reverse-engineering + API hooking in Node.js to integrate global retailer platforms.
  • πŸ”© Bare-Metal Masochism β€” a Proxmox rack running custom-compiled Arch kernels, because stock is for cowards.

🧠 The Philosophy β€” Work Smarter, Then Sleep

"I'll do twice the work today if it means I can do half the work for the rest of the week."

I'm profoundly lazy β€” which is exactly why I engineer systems to do the typing for me. I run my work on Spec-Driven Development (SDD) and BMAD: I write the granular technical constitutions; the AI agents ship the production-ready code. I orchestrate. 🎻

Scroll my contribution graph back a few decades. You'll catch me committing UNIX in 1970, shipping STAR WARS in '77, founding GITHUB in '08, and open-sourcing CHATGPT in '22. Every year tab from 1970 β†’ 2022 is a different slice of tech & pop-culture history, hand-painted one green square at a time.

It started as one commit accidentally dated 1970-01-01. A reasonable engineer runs git rebase and moves on. I β€” being profoundly lazy in only the most elaborate ways possible β€” wrote a Go tool to weaponize the accident and backfill half a century of fictional glory.

⚠️ I have been committing code since 35 years before Git existed. GIT_AUTHOR_DATE is a suggestion, not a fact. Do not trust my git blame.

🀝 Work With Me

I'm the person a small team hires to move fast without breaking things β€” total ownership from architecture to production, everything in writing, and a tiny team multiplied by orchestrating AI instead of hiring five people.

Open to: founding / fractional engineering Β· high-leverage contracts Β· anything genuinely hard. Where: remote-first, async-native, GMT+7.

I use Arch, BTW. 🐧 · Built async, remote-first, and slightly over-engineered on purpose.
