addressBookSection referenced aria-labelledby=addressBook-section but no element with that id exists (the heading is id=addressBook-heading), and detailsSectionContent referenced a non-existent id too. Both regions ended up unnamed, which axe landmark-unique flags as a duplicate. Point the section label at the real heading and give the live details region an aria-label.
